Please read these terms carefully before using One City Entertainment services. They explain your rights, responsibilities, booking conditions, and legal framework for events delivered across the United Kingdom.

At A Glance

Effective Date: February 22, 2026

Governing Law: England and Wales

Scope: Website, bookings, and event attendance

1. Acceptance Of These Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, submitting a booking enquiry, or using any One City Entertainment service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and One City Entertainment, and they govern how our digital platform and event services are used.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or proceed with bookings. Continued use of our services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated version, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Where additional service agreements apply, including production contracts, partnership agreements, and sponsored activation arrangements, those documents may supplement these terms. In the event of direct conflict, the specific signed agreement will generally prevail for the scope it governs.

2. About Our Services

One City Entertainment provides event planning, event production, artist coordination, cultural showcases, brand activations, and related promotional services. We may also facilitate ticket sales, booking operations, and customer communications in relation to live events and private experiences.

Our services are delivered across the United Kingdom and may involve third-party venues, suppliers, ticketing infrastructure, and specialist partners. Certain offerings are public and ticketed, while others may be invitation-only, private, or contract-based.

Service features, timelines, and availability can vary by project scope, event scale, and operational constraints. We reserve the right to adapt service methods to maintain quality, compliance, safety, and event delivery standards.

3. Eligibility, Accuracy, And Account Information

You confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind that organization. We may request additional verification for corporate, sponsor, or high-value bookings.

You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted to us is accurate, complete, and current, including names, contact details, billing information, and attendee access data. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by you.

If platform account features are introduced, you are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, controlling access credentials, and notifying us of unauthorized access or suspected misuse without delay.

4. Ticketing, Booking Confirmation, And Entry

Ticket purchases are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is treated as confirmed when payment is successfully processed and a valid confirmation or ticket reference is issued by us or an authorized partner.

Entry to events may require valid identification, ticket verification, age checks, security screening, and compliance with venue-specific rules. Venue operators may deny access where requirements are not met or where attendee behavior creates safety risk.

Tickets may carry conditions such as non-transferability, restricted resale, named entry, or timed access windows. Any attempt to circumvent ticketing controls, duplicate credentials, or use unauthorized resale channels may result in cancellation without compensation where permitted by law.

5. Pricing, Taxes, Fees, And Payment Terms

Prices may vary by tier, release phase, demand level, seat category, package selection, and promotional campaigns. Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed pricing may exclude third-party processing fees, service charges, and optional add-ons.

You authorize us and our payment providers to process charges associated with your transaction. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed without lawful basis, we may suspend related services and take proportionate steps to recover outstanding amounts.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product description errors. If an error materially affects your order, we will provide options that may include order confirmation at corrected terms, amendment, or cancellation with an appropriate refund where applicable.

6. Refunds, Transfers, Rescheduling, And Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on event-specific policy, applicable consumer law, and circumstances surrounding cancellation, postponement, or material event change. Some ticket classes may be non-refundable except where mandatory legal rights apply.

Where events are postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or materially altered for operational, legal, or safety reasons, available remedies may include revised attendance, transfer, credit, exchange, or refund, depending on the event policy and legal requirements.

Processing timelines for refunds and credits may vary by payment method, financial institution, and ticketing provider. Administrative and third-party charges may remain non-refundable where clearly stated and legally permissible.

7. Event Program Changes And Force Majeure

Lineups, hosts, running order, start times, performance durations, venue sections, and production elements may change. While we strive to preserve announced programming, artistic and operational realities can require adjustments.

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including extreme weather, public authority restrictions, transport disruption, national emergencies, strikes, health incidents, venue incidents, or other force majeure events.

When disruption occurs, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate updates promptly through available channels, including website notices, email updates, and ticketing notifications where possible.

8. Attendee Conduct, Security, And Venue Compliance

All attendees must comply with venue regulations, security screening procedures, and instructions from authorized event staff. Prohibited conduct includes abuse, harassment, violence, intimidation, illegal activity, unauthorized recording where restricted, and behavior that endangers others.

Prohibited items may include weapons, illegal substances, pyrotechnics, hazardous materials, and items disallowed by venue policy. Security teams and venue management may refuse entry or remove attendees who violate applicable rules.

Where removal is required due to misconduct or safety risk, refunds are typically not provided unless required by law. We reserve the right to share incident information with relevant venue operators or authorities where legally appropriate.

9. Photography, Recording, And Publicity

Our events may involve filming, photography, live broadcast capture, and promotional media production. By attending, you acknowledge that your image, voice, or likeness may be captured incidentally in crowd footage and event documentation.

To the extent permitted by law, captured event media may be used for marketing, archival, press, and social content related to One City Entertainment and its associated productions.

If you are featured prominently in a way that reasonably requires special consent for a separate campaign context, we will seek additional permissions where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content, creative direction, branding assets, logos, visual systems, event formats, text, graphics, and proprietary media are owned by or licensed to One City Entertainment unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, modify, republish, or commercially exploit website or event content without prior written consent. Limited personal viewing rights are granted solely for lawful, non-commercial use.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property or partner-protected materials may result in legal enforcement, including takedown actions and claims for damages where available.

11. Third-Party Services And External Platforms

Our services may integrate third-party providers such as payment gateways, ticketing platforms, maps, social channels, analytics tools, and partner venue systems. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with those services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems and are not responsible for independent platform errors, outages, data handling practices, or policy changes outside our direct control.

Where practical, we select reputable partners and apply reasonable oversight standards, but use of third-party services remains subject to their legal terms and technical limitations.

12. Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of our services.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a specific event or transaction is generally limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or ticket, except where legal rules require otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable rights under applicable law.

13. Data Protection And Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Where service delivery requires data sharing with vetted operational providers, we apply proportionate safeguards and contractual controls designed to protect personal information and preserve trust.

You may contact us to exercise data rights, request corrections, or raise concerns regarding your personal information processing.

14. Suspension, Restriction, And Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our platform or services where reasonably required to protect legal compliance, platform security, event safety, payment integrity, or business operations.

Serious or repeated breaches of these terms may result in booking cancellation, refusal of future service, and legal action where necessary to protect participants, partners, or rights holders.

Termination provisions survive where they are reasonably intended to continue, including intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and dispute-related clauses.

15. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer law in your local jurisdiction provides additional protections that apply to you.

Subject to mandatory legal rights, disputes arising from these terms are subject to the courts of England and Wales. We encourage parties to seek practical resolution through direct communication before formal proceedings.

Nothing in this section limits statutory rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable consumer protection frameworks.

16. Updates To These Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect legal, operational, commercial, or product changes. Updated versions become effective when published, unless a different effective date is stated.

Where changes are material, we may provide additional notice through website publication, digital communications, or account notifications when available.

You should review these terms periodically to remain informed about current conditions governing your use of One City Entertainment services.
